Where do you dispatch from?

Orders are dispatched from the United States for delivery within the UK.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1–2 working days, followed by 5–8 working days in transit. The estimated total is 6–10 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is £3 below £50 and free for orders of £50 or more, based on the merchandise total after discounts.

Will I pay import charges?

We cover applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Our policy provides free return postage and free delivery of an exchange replacement. Statutory rights are additional.

How do I start a return?

Email support@lectovelle.com with your order number. We will supply the correct destination and prepaid return arrangements.

When will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds within 10 calendar days of receiving the return or proof of posting, whichever is earlier.

For an accepted faulty-goods rejection, the period runs from our agreement that you are entitled to a refund.

Your bank may take extra time to display it.

Are props included?

Only items listed in the product's pack contents are included.

Books, pens, computers and other styling props are not included unless expressly stated.

Will a sleeve or pouch fit my item?

Check the internal dimensions before ordering.

A thick book reduces the available width and height of a flat sleeve. Our A4 pouch is for loose A4 papers rather than bulky binders.
