Delivery area and dispatch origin

We dispatch orders from the United States and deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We do not offer customer collection or local hand-delivery. Availability for your delivery address is shown at checkout.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is £3 for merchandise orders below £50 and free for orders of £50 or more.

The threshold is based on the merchandise total after discounts, excluding delivery. Any delivery charge is displayed before payment.

Processing and transit

Order processing: 1–2 working days.

Estimated transit after dispatch: 5–8 working days.

Estimated total from order placement to delivery: 6–10 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside working hours begin processing on the next working day.

Public holidays at the dispatch origin or destination can affect timings.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Any different delivery period must be clearly agreed with you. We will contact you if a material delay arises.

Your statutory rights for late or missing delivery remain unaffected.

Taxes and customs

We cover applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges for UK delivery.

You should not be asked to pay additional import charges on arrival. If a carrier requests payment, contact support@lectovelle.com before paying so we can resolve it.

Dispatch updates

We email a dispatch confirmation. Where the delivery service provides tracking, the tracking information will be included or sent when available.

Address changes

Check your address before payment. Email us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Any additional costs must be lawful and agreed rather than imposed automatically.

Delayed, damaged or missing parcels

Contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution.

You do not have to pursue the carrier alone or wait indefinitely for its investigation before exercising your legal rights.
