30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email support@lectovelle.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please send the items within 14 days after notifying us.
No restocking or refund administration fee applies.
For our additional change-of-mind offer after the statutory cancellation period, items must be unused, complete and in their original condition. Please include original packaging where possible and pack the items securely. These additional conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
Your statutory right to cancel
For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason until 14 days after delivery. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period runs from delivery of the last item.
Notify us by email or another clear statement before the deadline, then send the goods back within 14 days after cancellation.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Missing original packaging alone does not remove this right. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Free return and exchange postage
We pay return postage for returns and exchanges under this policy, including change-of-mind requests. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a prepaid collection.
Replacement delivery for exchanges is also free. Any required international return shipping and related return customs charges are our responsibility.
Return instructions
Contact us for the correct return destination and prepaid arrangements. Our published business address is not automatically the return address.
Please do not pay for an unarranged return without contacting us. Contacting us for instructions does not make a valid statutory cancellation subject to our approval.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Photographs can help us investigate, but are not an absolute condition of your statutory rights.
Faulty or misdescribed goods may qualify for the statutory 30-day short-term right to reject. Rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund may continue after that period. Our 30-day voluntary offer does not end these rights.
Refunds
We issue refunds to the original payment method without undue delay and within 10 calendar days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent, whichever is earlier.
For an accepted faulty-goods rejection, we issue the refund within 10 calendar days after agreeing that you are entitled to it. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
For cancellation of a whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any premium delivery amount above standard delivery is not refundable unless required by law.
For partial change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge for retained goods is normally not refunded. We do not impose a new delivery charge because a return takes the retained order below the free-delivery threshold.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose an available alternative with any price difference agreed in advance, or a refund.
