About these terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases from lectovelle.com. The seller is GOLDMERE HOUSEHOLD LLC, trading as LECTOVELLE, at the business address below.
Products
We sell desk and reading accessories, including desk mats, mouse mats, pen trays, book sleeves, bookmarks, reading stands, pencil cases and document pouches.
Check each product's description, measurements and included quantity before ordering. Styling props are not included unless expressly listed.
Images, including generated product visuals, illustrate the product design. This does not permit us to supply goods that materially differ from their description.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Displayed UK consumer prices include applicable taxes.
Standard delivery is £3 for orders below £50 and free for orders of £50 or more, based on the merchandise total after discounts. The final total is shown before payment.
We cover applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges for delivery to the UK. There is no additional import payment due from you.
Ordering
An automated order receipt acknowledges your order. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
If we cannot accept an order because an item is unavailable, payment fails or there is a clear listing error, we will explain and refund any payment without undue delay.
We will not increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. These terms do not remove your cancellation rights.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched from the United States for delivery within the UK.
Processing normally takes 1–2 working days and transit normally takes 5–8 working days after dispatch. The estimated total is 6–10 working days.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to any lawful exception for a carrier you independently commission.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides a 30-day voluntary return and exchange offer with free postage, in addition to statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods.
Website use and liability
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or submit unlawful content. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse.
We remain responsible for loss for which the law makes us liable. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law and disputes
UK consumers retain the mandatory protections and court rights applicable in the part of the UK where they live.
No term requires you to waive those protections or pursue a consumer claim exclusively in the United States.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns.
Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change an accepted order.
